Realtors In is a social networking platform available as a web application and mobile app (iOS and Android) that enables real estate professionals to connect, share content, manage their professional profiles, and engage with industry peers. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Profile creation and management
• Social networking and connections
• Content posting and sharing
• Direct messaging and chat features
• Notifications and activity tracking
• Professional verification services
• Mobile app access for iOS and Android devices
• Push notifications for real-time updates

The mobile application provides access to all features available on the web platform, optimized for mobile use.

3 User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

10 Indemnification

16 Mobile Application Terms

16.1 App Stores

If you access the Service through a mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Realtors In, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service
• Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the Service
• You must comply with the applicable App Store or Play Store Terms of Service

16.2 License to Use Mobile App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the mobile application on devices that you own or control for your personal use.

16.3 Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates to the mobile application from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security patches. You agree to accept such updates and that these Terms will apply to all updated versions.
